@EAndersonOhio We apologize for any frustration caused. It does not sound like this was a legit call from us. Our calls would not come from your own phone number. We are happy to investigate further. For further assistance, please DM us your account information. ^DD
@EAndersonOhio The number these calls originate from can vary, but it is unusual for it to display your own number when we attempt to reach you. We would be happy to look into this concern. Can you please DM us so that we can discuss the issue? Thank you. ^KH (2/2)
@EAndersonOhio Hello. When we contact customers it is typically account related. This can include outage messages, information on a pending work order, or a billing concern. (1/2)
@JarenMcCormick Restoration times are estimates based on the information available at the time and can change if crews encounter additional damage or repairs that take longer than anticipated. Could you please DM us your service address and contact number for assistance? ^TJ

POMEROY: Flooding has worsened, preventing crews from accessing equipment and making repairs to restore power to about 250 customers.
Extended outages are challenging. Our crews will work as quickly as safely possible to get the electricity flowing as soon as conditions allow.
We know being without power is frustrating. Flooding in parts of southern Ohio, especially near Pomeroy, is making it unsafe for our crews to repair equipment. As soon as it's safe for our crews they will work to get power on quickly. Sign up for alerts: https://t.co/QKHlKPF4eT

Did you know that vehicle accidents are a leading cause of outages? These images are from an accident today in Westerville that took out equipment servicing 2,800 customers. Teams were able to reroute power to get the lights back on for all but 20 customers as they make repairs.
@MessiahCranky Outages can occur for a variety of reasons beyond severe weather, including vehicle accidents, and animals contacting equipment. As soon as crews identify the cause and restoration information becomes available, it's updated in real time at https://t.co/3BN0xNQ3hO. ^TA
