Dear Libtards, do you know how STUPID you sound to say that Tariffs are “illegal?” Via Tariffs ALL put in place in 2018. 4 years, "Joe," the "President," the Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Branch, could NOT terminate a single Tariff? With a “Democrat Admin, House and Senate” from 2021—2023? Not 1 single Obama, Bush, Clinton appointed Judge tried to block a Tariff from 2021—2025. 4 years, "Joe," the "President," the Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Branch, the Commander-in-Chief, could NOT terminate a single Title 32 Order in 2018? 4 years, "Joe," the "President," the CEO of the EB, the CIC, could NOT terminate a single Title 10 Order invoked in 2019 and 2020? There’s no Title 10 by “Biden” on record. The CLOSEST Title 10 anything by "Biden" was in 2023... was an ADDITION to Troops at Border, NOT a Foundational Order. There’s no Title 32 by “Biden” on record. They yell a President must have "Congressional Authorization" for Military usage… There is… A DEMOCRATIC controlled House passed that on Dec. 20, 2019, posted in the War Powers Resolution Act, Title 50 Ch. 33 §1550. STILL active. Nancy Pelosi was the SOTH. Guess who does not have an entry in the War Powers Act? Obama. The National Guard CyberSecurity teams have been active at Elections 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024 via a Title 32 Federal Presidential Call-up in 2018, AFTER Executive Order 13848 was signed Sept. 12, 2018, and declared a National Emergency for ELECTION INTERFERENCE, still active to date, which means "Joe" continued this EO with NE 4 years in a row. The War Powers Resolution Act requires the President have Congressional Authorization for Military after 90 days, as Military Orders aren't 'Continuation Orders' from one President to the next... There's no Title 10 or 32 Order in place by "Biden" from 2021—2025... But §1550 is ACTIVE, but Codification says is TEMPORARY... If it's TEMPORARY, dated Dec. 20, 2019, that should tell you that "Joe" was never President, because ALL the Title 10 and 32 Orders in place... the Military are following from 2021 to date... ARE WELL past 90 days. Why would "Joe" have the NGCT active for 2022 and 2024 Elections when they were active for 2018 and 2020... You do realize the data they're collecting and trapping, correct? VP Biden recommended the Logan Act on Gen. Flynn, Title 18 §953, ‘Private Correspondence with a Foreign Leader'... PDJT met with 12 Foreign Leaders from April to Dec 2024 at Mar-a-lago and Trump Tower.
