@DianeWomble@mbacpa5@FocusCopy@CharlieCrist Yes it can. My county intentionally re-assessed my property's value last year, at the height of real estate market (not coincidence), and my annual tax burden more than doubled the previous year's amount. From $4800➡️$10,800, no changes to property to justify.
@JackPosobiec Estimated that Pitbulls make up 20% of dogs owned in the US, yet they commit 66% of attacks. Based on your logic, the breed's DNA is the problem and they should be wiped out? There are similar statistics regarding a certain race in the US. What do u have to say regarding that?
@OP6A_@LoftinpaulPaul@Lauren_Southern Looks to me the dogs were there first, established and after having kids, the owners did not properly socialize or adjust the dogs to their new housemates. This could happen with ANY BREED, but it only makes the news because it's a pitbull.
@ClareCon1794 @Sk8dragon2006 @reginaclaire143 @michaeljknowles My point, which you missed, are those studies do not take into account variables that directly impact a dog's behavior. Things like ownership demographics, levels of training provided to dog or lack thereof, etc. Dogs just don't "turn bad" like flipping a switch.
@michaeljknowles I've always considered you to be an intelligent person, but this comment, unless satire, is absolutely ignorant & stupid. As a previous owner of a pit and current owner of a Rottweiler, if socialized and trained are the most loving and loyal dogs, especially w/ kids.
@malh1955@Under57U@huber_duane@IsabellaMDeLuca@DeMarichalar2 Surely you're not so dense that you can't comprehend the drain the communications equipment puts on the electrical system in those vehicles? They're pulling way more amps than a regular radio in order to transmit long distances. Battery drained in less than 15-20 minutes
