Nearly 2 months since GPSR came in and the UK government still doesn’t given a damn! Now my MP ignores me and Justin Madders’s response was- it’s not our job to help you. Why does this government not care about small businesses?

Well that’s it… I am officially closing due to the new GPSR regulations. With 75% off my business coming from the EU, there is no point trying to continue. 8 years over in the space of 2 weeks. Thank you Labour government for giving us the heads up and information we needed LOL

I’m no sure what trading standards can do? Honestly, I would be better off leaving the country with the state of how things are for business owners now.

I’ve done a lot of research and as a jewellery seller that imports from creators in Asia & mainly ships to EU, there is no way I will ever b able 2comply. I can’t afford to have every piece toxicity checked let alone the rest. My business is done after 8yrs & a weeks notice
