I feel like a failure...

This week, I set out to finish simulating the impact of CRISPR knockouts and single-based substitutions on eliminating the g118 allele, but I didn't finish.

In other words, I didn't meet my target.

Although I haven't yet finished my simulation, I learned this week that choosing the right target region is crucial for successful gene editing.

Therefore, I'd prefer to spend two weeks on my project to ensure I select the correct target region, thereby minimizing consequences.
