Foodstuff preservation tips every home should know 👇
• Palm oil should not be placed on the bare floor to prevent moisture from affecting its quality.
• Don’t keep palm oil close to detergent, soap, or kerosene to prevent it from absorbing unwanted odour.
• Put dry pepper or garlic inside beans to reduce weevils and insect infestation.
• Store onions in baskets or open containers, not nylon, to prevent quick rotting.
• Don’t store onions and potatoes together to prevent faster spoilage.
• Always dry containers properly before storing foodstuff to prevent moisture buildup and mold.
• Add a few grains of rice inside salt to reduce moisture and prevent it from becoming watery.
• Store crayfish in airtight containers to prevent insects and preserve freshness.
• Blend pepper and freeze in small portions to prevent spoilage and reduce waste.
• Use old foodstuff before opening newly bought ones to avoid waste and expiry.

HOW I EXPLAINED GALLSTONES TO A 5 YEAR OLD.
Child: What are gallstones?
Me: You know how soap works? When you add water and rub it, it makes bubbles and cleans things?
Child: Yes.
Me: Your body makes its own soap inside. It is called bile. It lives in a small bag near your liver. When you eat food with fat like eggs or meat, the bag squeezes, and the soap comes out and helps break the food into small pieces so your body can use it.
Child: So the soap cleans the food?
Me: Yes.
But here is the problem.
If you stop eating fat, if somebody tells you fat is bad and you stop eating eggs and meat and palm oil, the bag stops squeezing.
The soap just sits there.
And when soap sits for a very long time without moving, it gets hard.
Like when you leave soap in the sun and it cracks.
Child: So the soap becomes a stone?
Me: Yes.
That is a gallstone.
A small, hard stone made from soap that nobody used because nobody ate the food that makes the bag squeeze.
Child: So you need to eat fat so the soap does not become a stone?
Me: Yes.
Your body needs fat.
Not the bad fat from the factory.
The good fat.
Eggs.
Palm oil.
Butter.
Fish.
The fat your grandmother cooked with.
Child: My grandmother is smart.
Me: Your grandmother is very smart.
And she never had gallstones.
Don't forget to reach out for a well-structured meal plan that keeps bile flowing, supports digestion, and prevents your body from turning “soap into stones.”
⚠️ WANTED FOR FRAUD⚠️
Last 2 years around April my mom called me that I should make my passport that she has met this👇🏾man; Ewube Karinton Besong, who has travelling line to Canada and it will take highest 3 months (please we were ignorant and didn’t know anything concerning traveling), so I made my passport.
At that time, we needed money to follow up the documents and my mom didn’t have, so I had to beg my uncle to sponsor me on the case, for me to pay back later which my uncle did.
Mind you this so called man told my mom it was his elder brother out that had the line and he too had to go through the same line in 1month. The line was about us traveling to go and be nannies in a lady's house. They claimed the lady was a big woman who had connections even in the embassy.
This man told us to send our details and our invitation letter will be sent to us from this so called lady we never met or saw. It was always him, acting like the middle man to the lady.
We got our invitation letter, we had to travel to the embassy in Yde to submit our things. By then he started asking for money. My uncle sent him 2million frs.
Also, my momo also introduced my aunty to this line and her daughter also got her invitation letter. We were supposed to work in the same house in Canada.
So my aunty also sent him money while we were in yde. The line was 4million frs each.
We went to the embassy and came back, waiting for the real deal. Mind you this man used his email not ours.
Long story short, after months passed, eventually, we discovered that the so called brother never existed, the so called aunty never existed. This man took money from me, my aunty and another lady through this very line. We realized it was a scam.
He started promising that he will pay, and he never did till date. He has hanged his number and every thing.
We have reported to the police in Yaoundé and he's wanted. If anybody knows his whereabouts, contact: 675658482
