Currently, New York firefighters and emergency crews are on the scene of a high-rise building in Midtown Manhattan, where a massive amount of water can be seen streaming out of the side. It appears that a high-pressure pipe has burst, although it is not yet clear where the water is originating from. Fire department officials have stated that they are responding to a water leak, with no reported injuries. Efforts are underway to cap the leak, and the fire department has notified utilities to shut off the water while they work to stop it.
