In August 2025, as part of Tracka’s “For God For Country” campaign, we held a community engagement with the women at Ubulu-uku central mosque, Delta state, where we shared with them the projects allocated to their community in the 2024 FG Budget and how they can ensure execution.

We stay committed to equipping every citizen with tools and information needed to demand good governance.

N50m was allocated to the Emergency Repair of Internal Roads in Olomoro Community, Isoko South LGA, Delta State in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that this project is ongoing. The road from Olomoro to Igbide has been asphalted but drainage construction is yet to get to Olomoro.

We call on @NDENigeria, the implementing agency to ensure this project is completed.
We will keep tracking to ensure quality work is done.

N500m was allocated to the Provision of Streetlights in Ezi Town Aniocha North LGA, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that this project is ongoing.
About 100 streetlights has been installed so far at Ogbe-ofu, Ogbo-ofu, and Umuolu communities.

We will keep tracking to ensure proper service delivery.

N20m was allocated to the Construction of Onicha Olana/Ezi Water Supply Project in Aniocha North LGA, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that this project has not been done.

We call on @nigerdelta_ng, the implementing agency to provide the public with details of this project and facilitate its execution.

N90m was allocated to the Construction of a Block of 4 Classrooms in Alihagu Primary School, Ika South LGA, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report this project has not been done. The classrooms in the school are completely depleted and not suitable for learning.

We call on NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY UROMI, EDO STATE, the implementing agency to provide the public with details of this project and facilitate its execution.

We urge @NigEducation to access the needs of this school and address them accordingly.

Dear @GovAgbuKefas,

The situation at Namnai Bridge, Gassol LGA, Taraba, since June 2024, has been a deadly crisis following its collapse.

N9.5M was disbursed by @NigeriaGov for maintenance in 2023. Maintenance was done, but in 2024, the section where the maintenance was carried out collapsed, dismantling half of the bridge and rendering it impassable.

Ever since then, there have been records of several lives lost, including children and pregnant women, as people have been made to cross the river without any safety measures, and several vehicles have been swept away.

We are demanding immediate urgent attention on this bridge; every life matters and should be prioritized in this country.

N500m was allocated to the Reconstruction of Benin-Warri Dual Carriageway Section II Imasbor Ibada - Elume, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that this project is ongoing. Concrete is being laid on the stretch of this road.

N52m was allocated to the Construction of PHC Centre with Solar Powered Borehole and Overhead Tank at Kolo Kolo Community, Warri North LGA, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that this project has not been done.

IMPACT FRIDAY

Obi Ayagha is a community in Ughelli South LGA, Delta State that has suffered from lack of basic amenities for many years.

After a townhall meeting with the community in August 2024, we began concerted efforts to ensure the projects allocated to their community is done.

In January 2025, work started with the Construction of one block of three classrooms and the Construction of the community Primary Health Centre. Soon, they no longer had to walk miles to access healthcare and school.

N40m was allocated to the Repairs of 3km Cementry and Adjourning Roads, Ohorhe 2, Delta in the 2024 FG Budget.

We gathered that this road was graded early last year but has been abandoned since.
We call on @FedRoadsNGR, to ensure this project is completed.

N100m was allocated to the Dualisation of Sapele- Ewu Road: Section I: Sapele- Agbor, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that the road has been dualized and asphalted, with drainage construction done.

The road is now in use.

In Mar 2024, N197m was paid to Stcc Nig Ltd for the Special Emergency Repairs of Warri- Sapele-Benin Dual Carriageway, Section IV: CH5+800-CH31+300, Delta.

We tracked and report that asphalting is ongoing along the road.
We will keep tracking to ensure quality work is done.

N35m was allocated to the Completion of Road at Ikpirima Road, Okpe LGA, Delta in 2024 FG Budget.

We tracked and report that the road was graded last year with one side drainage done. But, nothing has been done since then.

N37.7m was paid to Sitedept Constructions Ltd for the Fencing of Okpe Grammar Sch Amukpe, Sapele, Delta State.

We tracked and report that the fence has been constructed and painted.

N50m was allocated to the Provision and Installation of Soalr Street Across Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie LGA, Delta in the 2024 FG Budget.

Over 300 streetlights have been installed along central Sapele road.
We will keep tracking to ensure quality work is done.

N10m was allocated to the Construction of Hand Pump and Motorized Solar Borehole in Aghalope Community of Okpe LGA, Delta state in the 2024 FG Budget.

A tap outlet, borehole and tanks have been installed. Although not completed yet, the project is already in use.

We tracked and report that this project has not been done. Residents in both communities told us that almost every compound has a well/borehole and water is not really a problem.
