DeKUT Establishes Semiconductor Collaboration with LAAS CNRS, France
The Vice Chancellor of DeKUT, Prof. Eng. Peter Muchiri, EBS led a delegation of DeKUT Staff to a collaboration visit to LAAS CNRS, for collaboration on training, research and innovation in Semiconductor and Micro-electronics Engineering
Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS) is a major public research laboratory based in Toulouse, France, and is part of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique - CNRS) network. LAAS has a class 10 clean room that can support the entire flow of the 14nm MOS process up to packaging.
The collaboration with DeKUT will be coordinated by the DeKUT Center for Integrated Circuits Engineering, which trains in Microchip design and fabrication.
Hospitals should NOT have "Customer Service Week."
Patients are NOT customers.
Customers have a choice:
โข Patients are sick, they don't have a choice.
Customers are buying goods or services to fulfil their needs/wants;
โข Patients are looking for a shelter (hospes) to heal from ill health, morbidity or infirmity.

So yesterday I discovered SHA only covers removal of cancerous growths when theyโre past 3.5cm.
Anyone in medicine knows that by that time, the malignancy is probably already metastatic.
You look at policies and you can tell theyโre werenโt made with people in mind but profits

@TransportKE
Let me educate you, Affordable blogger
The model being used to construct this road is PPP (Public Private Partnership). In this case, an investor uses his own money to do the job, after which he will recoup his initial capital plus interest for a period of time by charging a fee to use the infrastructure.
In the case of the Rironi-Mau Summit road, the French company had been given the tender at a cost of Ksh 150 billion by Uhuru Kenyatta, but when Ruto took office he cancelled that contract and afterwards awarded it to a Chinese company at a cost of Ksh 200 billion.
In your mind, is that value for money? No one is against development, but all said and done, prudence and value for money is not an option but a requirement of good governance and public finance management, because it is not like Ruto is using money from his own pocket. He is using taxpayers' money, or money that Kenyans will pay for many years to come.
@AyubAbdikadir Sad what he's supporting. Though same way, based on the legal structure and the documented real world experiences, he would face systemic barriers to fundamental rights in Iran
Reminds me of that Biochemistry Lecturer who was like 'The job circle for this course is either you become a lecturer or unemployed and i already have the lecturer position'
