My greatest contentment lies not in the material accumulation but in the light i carry in my brain, the light of debunking falsehoods that i was raised in and into. I may not inspire the same in others, but i shall at least die a freeman. Start your own journey now.
It is very true, that, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. The vicious cycle is strictly disciplined. Your position is like that of the sun, fixed, and that of injustice is like that of the earth. Never celebrate when a location is in darkness, for yours too shall face the same.

In solidarity with Omar Abdulkadir Artan, the people of Somalia and Africa at large. As postulated by the legendary John Henrick Clarke and his kind, nothing ever came out of the so called Whiteman intended any good for the Black people. Sport and all White dominated activities are no exception. This i condemn i the strongest terms possible.
Congratulations. While an ordinary Ugandan, i was inspired by your brilliance and dexterity serving the @NRMOnline party and government. Now that i am a member of parliament, i am more than excited and truly inspired by the prospect of working closely with you. Congratulations once again.
I congratulate the Rt. Hon. Speaker Jacob Oboth Oboth and Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa and thank the MPs for carrying out their mandate of voting, peacefully and transparently.
The NRM candidates obtained more votes than the NRM members in the House, and I note the votes our ally Mao took away. We shall address this because we want a united Parliament that serves our people better.
The political stability of the country is fundamental to its social economic progress and should be our obligation as citizens to achieve it at all costs, even if the cost is your own individual interests. Congratulations RT. Hon. Oboth Jacob Markson and RT. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa.

Yesterday, 23.05.2026 was such a great day of introspection.
We laid Papa. Emurwon Dan to rest in Kaile, Otamirio, Kibale TC. The deceased was a great teacher who was a true embodiment of the treasured values of an old man; sincerity, truth, transparency and love for the Young. No wonder, the Emorimori Papa. Iteso, HH. @PapaEmorimor graced the burial ceremony has the chief mourner.
My humble family was favored with the honor of managing the welfare of the Emorimori Papa Iteso.
Visit to Rt. Hon. Anita Annet Among
Friday, 22.05.2026
Life is, indeed, like a rollercoaster—unpredictable, with highs and lows that often come without warning. At times, it appears like a mirage; at others, like a delicate pursuit of truth, justice, and humanity. It is also a constant reminder of reciprocity, gratitude, respect for the law, and the shared dignity of all people.
As Thomas Hobbes once observed, life in its harshest state can become “a condition of war, of every man against every man… cruel, brutal, and short.” Yet even in such moments, our humanity must remain our compass.
I have watched my sister, Rt. Hon. Anita Annet Among, rise through the ranks of leadership. She has served, she has faced praise and criticism alike—but above all, she remains human. She is a mother, a family person, and, like all of us, subject to the law and the judgment of history.
I also look at the credentials of my brother in this contest—admirable and worthy of support in his own right. But beyond politics and competition, humanity should always guide our choices.
Today, upon learning that she is no longer in the Speakership race, I felt compelled—together with three colleagues, Hon. Omoding, Hon. Emaju, and Hon. Ongorok—to simply go and check on her, perhaps even carry a small token of care, because that is what humanity demands.
However, upon reaching the guard point, we were stopped by military personnel.
"Who are you?" they asked.
"We are Members of Parliament. We have come to check on Rt. Hon..."
"No, you cannot see her today. There is something going on."
"Can we return later?"
"Maybe tomorrow."
And so we left.
Not in anger, but in reflection.
For in moments like these, we are reminded of our own vulnerability, of the fleeting nature of power, and of the importance of compassion over circumstance.
As Ecclesiastes 3 reminds us, “To everything there is a season…”
May wisdom, grace, and humanity guide us all.

11. LIFE, WHAT IS IT? (6/2/2025 FACEBOOK)
Some say it is what you make it!
But what is life?
Some regard it a personal accomplishment;
Some regard it as an embodiment of truth and justice;
Some regard it as an accumulation of material wealth;
Some regard it as an outcome of infallibility;
Some even reach a delusion of immortality in regard of their lives;
But life is what you bequeath to others;
Life is a measure of communal accomplishments, not personal
Life is a mystic mound of lies and injustice;
Life has more meaning in securing the continuity of life, by others;
Life is a sum total of mistakes begetting lessons;
Life is mortal but immortalized by service to others;
What is life anyway;
Hon. Okwi Constantine
10. This is the "Jingle Bell." (25/12/2024, Facebook)
Many Africans celebrate it during Christmas, often singing the popular song Jingle Bells.
However, history tells a painful story: these bells were once placed on African ancestors to prevent their escape. If anyone tried to flee during the night, the sound of the bells made it easier for dogs and captors to track them.
Today, Africans sing and celebrate this song alongside the descendants of colonialists, often unaware that it symbolizes the suffering endured by our forebears.
It’s heartbreaking to see our people celebrating something that holds such a dark history.
The more I uncover the truth of my heritage, the more I distance myself from these traditions rooted in pain.
I cry for Africa.
Let us teach our children the truth—our truth—not fabricated fairy tales.
9. HE GANG ENCLAVE (20/02/2024, Facebook)
The pearl of the world, underrated as the pearl of Africa;
Engulfed in perennial gang life;
A gang in politics;
A gang in the judiciary;
A gang in religion;
A gang in the state;
A gang in the nation;
Without a gang, you are existentially threatened;
The gang shall protect you while on the right, but also on the wrong;
The institutions, structures and systems are palmed;
The law is subjugated by the desires of the strong persons and families;
There is a vicious cycle of gang struggle;
One gang overpowers others and takes the inner realm of power;
But the pearl of the world yearns for an enduring system of transgenerational service;
Of security, peace, unity, diligence and development;
The pearl of the world is atop a hill beckoning its people, rise;
The pearl of the world shall triumph.
Hon. Okwi Constantine
