@vfsglobalcare@Ishbaybie The saddest part is that applicants cannot engage other courier companies to pick-up their passports, why?
For e.g. why would Applicant that live in Lekki (same location where VFS Lagos is) pay N11,310 to pick up his/her passport. This is rip-off. Kindly address this anomaly.
They are trying to outsmart us, @VFSGlobal@vfsglobalcare this does not happen in other jurisdiction. We are going to discourage applicants to stop sending to the Nigeria office.
@PPreleaseAVO@VFSGlobal@UPS@fccpcnigeria@lasgcopa please look into the charges levied on applicants by VFS Lagos and Abuja for passport courier delivery. These offices are just taking advantage of peopleโs helplessness for their own gains!
This email clearly shows how crafty @VFSGlobal#Lagos_Abuja office have been. First they state that they are offering a service and then make it clear that they will collect our money and then employ another courier (@UPS)to do the job. Why not let applicants use their courier?
@VFSLagos @VFSAbuja is compelling us to pay N11,300 so they can pay @DHL @UPS@FedEx stipends to deliver our documents. We have engaged @DHL @UPS@FedEx to pick up our documents just as we had indicated on the page 3 of the consent form.
and as a result passports of individuals are either damaged or missing. This is terrible. Where do we begin from?
Now passport owners are compelled to pay delivery fee of N11,300 when VFS engages same courier we paid N1,600 to send same passports to @VFSGLOBAL offices.
@VFSGlobal@vfsglobalcare We are helpless, depressed and have been with sleepless nights over the nature of services provided by stations in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Their customer services are undeniably poor. Passports are handled carelessly,
5. Why other @VFSGlobal offices around the world accept services of other courier companies to deliver passports to and fro, but @VFSGlobal Lagos and Abuja blatantly refuse to do so, just to extort customers.
We deserve answers.
3. Why they compel people to use their own courier, despite having paid to use other courier services.
4. Why they have to separate a large family's passports Into Individual envelopes and make them pay individually, when they can actually send all in 1 envelope. Why @VFSGlobal ?
@VFSGlobal (Lagos& Abuja) have been very unfair to customers and we demand answers! @VFSGlobal and @vfsglobalcare should explain to us:
1. Why they delay in transmitting our Passports to&from IRCC.
2. Why they collate our passports and send in batches, when we paid Individually.
@PPreleaseAVO@VFSGlobal@vfsglobalcare Especially Abuja VFS. They do not respond to mails neither do they ever provide details on tracking information. This act has resulted in me spending money on what I shouldnโt have cos enquiries are not given ANY form of attention @VFSGlobal@vfsglobalcare
@PPreleaseAVO@VFSGlobal@vfsglobalcare So many questions for @vfsglobalcare@VFSGlobal Lagos and Abuja offices to answer.
It's pure rip off for them to insist on their courier and still ask for individual payments for families even when the packages will arrive on the same day by the same delivery man.
