Some of you are very funny on this app.

You're given a scholarship and asked to pay an application fee that is not even up to 30k and you're still complaining that you don't have money.

If you cannot invest less than $20.00 into your own life, I still don't understand what you'd be willing to invest in.

If you get a scholarship to study abroad, is it the school that will fund your visa processing fees, ticket and accommodation.

You just want everything to be given to you for free and even when they do give it to you, some of you will still not take it serious.

What the bird in the video is doing is called gaping. As a chick, this is the standard thing they do to get fed. They just open their mouth and the parent(s) drop food in them. When they become fledgelings, their parents start training them on how to pick up food. But because they're still naive, they open their mouth at the food, thinking it will just find its way into their mouths.

The parent(s) would continue to guide it and show it how to pick up its food by itself and it will learn with time.

Some of us behave like this fledgeling. We wait for opportunities, thinking what's meant for us would eventually come to us. What we don't know is that opportunities have to be pursued and grabbed. Nobody will hand the good things of life to you. You have to stretch your hand, strive and grab!

Life gives us worms (opportunities, knowledge, resources) but we must learn to seize them ourselves. Waiting with open mouth may work in the nest, but not in the wide world.
