Bull leaps a fence at an Oregon rodeo, charging through spectators and into a parking lot, injuring three

The Saturday night crowd at the 84th Sisters Rodeo sang along to Lee Greenwood's 'God Bless the U.S.A.' as the bull, named Party Bus, ran around the arena before the final bull ride

Videos showed the bull bolting through the concession area, knocking over a garbage can, and causing panicked attendees to scramble

The bull lifted one person off the ground, spun them end over end, and bounced them off its horns before flinging them to the ground

The Sisters Rodeo Association in Oregon reported that three people were injured during the rodeo

'As a direct result of the bull, two of whom were transported to a local hospital,' said the organization, according to a local outlet.

Aim for 100 mound reps per day.

Low intensity throwing, drill work & dry reps all count towards the total. Be smart, know your body.

You will feel much more confident after 100 touches per day on the slope.

The mound is your office. Spend more time on it.

Throwing it straight up can help a player who muscles up or gets pushy to use gravity to let the arm relax and catch deep and translate that feel to the throw💪

Everything is a progression/regression so if it starts to translate to anchored or step and throws, then goes away, going back to the drill that got the movement/feel to happen or even switching off every couple throws can help get the pattern to be ingrained 🧠

If you have a player who pushed the ball or muscles it up instead of allowing it to catch deep try this out or have them throw a ball straight up🆙
