@circlehousing If anyone is unhappy with the service make a complaint in writing then escalate the complaint to the housing ombudsman you will get compensation if your complaint is upheld and all it costs is a small amount of your time. Anyone who would like assistance drafting a complaint msg
@loopy0107@circlehousing Our neighbours have been waiting for their heating to be fixed for 3 weeks they were meant to come last Friday and Morgan Sindall did their usual no show and no explanation. They have been told they will have to wait until 29 December ??!!!!!!!!!!!
We are disappointed that there are some residents which have been left for an unacceptable amount of time without heating and hot water – this is not the service we expect for our residents and we have served Morgan Sindall with an early warning notice to improve.
