@AdvisorJohn I agree in part on putting a lid on run away values, but it also makes a huge number of homes unattainable for many buyers with that low of a limit in Calvert.

@AdvisorJohn All four counties should probably just use the Baltimore limits. Calvert does have extreme differences in values, it's crazy to give it Lexington Park limits. Agreed, Charles having the highest limit of all four counties is pure insanity.

@drgurner @LisaSu Can't remember where exactly I heard this, but I like it. Look for companies with strong CEO and COO duo with complementary strengths. A match between those two can be golden.

I was taught that part of being a father is teaching your daughter what it is to be loved by a good man, so she knows good from bad later on. Today, that meant rubbing her back while she fell asleep and promising to stand guard against “buggies and spiders” after she fell asleep.

@drgurner Optionality in career. I've been able to take some risks, fail and try something new without worrying about our future. All because I put my nose down for a few years and put money away. Been a real blessing for me and my family.
