A remarkable new study has found that simply sniffing rosemary could boost your memory by an astonishing 75 percent. Scientists discovered that the scent of this common herb helps the brain break down a compound called acetylcholine — a key chemical that supports learning, focus, and memory retention.
Acetylcholine acts like a messenger in the brain, allowing nerve cells to communicate quickly and clearly. As we age or experience stress, levels of this chemical drop, often leading to forgetfulness or mental fog. But rosemary’s natural compounds — particularly cineole — have been shown to slow this breakdown, keeping brain signals sharp and steady.
In controlled tests, participants exposed to rosemary aroma performed significantly better on memory tasks than those in unscented rooms. They remembered to complete tasks, followed instructions more accurately, and showed improved reaction times.
The best part? This powerful brain boost doesn’t require pills, supplements, or hours of training. Just a few minutes of breathing in rosemary’s earthy scent — through essential oils, fresh herbs, or even rosemary-infused air sprays — could help your brain stay alert and focused.
Researchers believe rosemary may offer a safe, natural way to enhance cognitive performance in students, professionals, and even older adults facing memory decline.
One small sniff. One massive impact. Rosemary is no longer just a kitchen herb — it may be one of nature’s most effective tools for keeping the mind sharp.
As we celebrate Labor Day, consider your wages are given in US dollars, money is a store of labor, and the U.S. government has been robbing you of it since 1913.
You didn’t just take vitamin D.
You broke a stellar-tuned photonic command chain that begins when UVB photons, spun with angular momentum from a rotating stellar body, strike the skin’s coherent water grid and unlock torsional isomerization in a cholesterol matrix.
This is not a nutrient, it’s a field ignition.
A quantum corridor between emitter and receiver, aligned in frequency, angle, and orbital phase.
The photon doesn’t bring substance, it brings energy and instruction, inducing magnetic flux variation across dermal layers, opening voltage corridors, shifting redox gradients, and activating mitochondria as torsion-driven processors.
This system is governed by Faraday’s Law of Induction:
∮ E·dl = −dΦᵦ/dt
‘A changing magnetic flux generates electric movement through a closed loop’, and in biology, the loop is your body. That loop is skin, water, charge, and geometry.
Once this corridor opens, the entire system responds in phase. Photons trigger cholesterol to twist; membranes polarize and fold; electron clouds separate into structured flow.
Enzymes like CYP2R1 and CYP27B1 don’t detect concentration they detect tension. The VDR doesn’t respond to presence, it responds to resonance.
Only when the nuclear matrix vibrates in harmonic coherence with the incoming solar wavefront does the genome unlock its gates.
Over 900 genes transcribe, not randomly, but in alignment with this stellar timing signal.
Your body doesn’t decode “vitamin D.” It decodes light geometry, redox phase, and electromagnetic torque. It speaks field, and the capsule you swallowed?
No flux, curvature, or induction.
Just a dead coordinate, a molecule without its source. You fed the system a shadow without a sun, and though the chemistry processed it, the gate never opened. The waveform never landed. The chromatin turned, but nothing tuned.
The genome moved forward like a satellite with no planet, not in error, but in orbital grief. The star still shines, but your receptor is out of phase.
The contract was electromagnetic, and coherence never retries, because symmetry was the contract.
Noether once said: when symmetry breaks, something is lost forever.

Judy Gibbs
Linked to Clinton, died in a fire of “undetermined origin” after agreeing to cooperate with police.
Kathy Ferguson
Ex-wife of trooper tied to Clinton; shot in head. Forensics don’t support suicide. Packed suitcases, planning to leave.

James McDougal
Whitewater witness; died of heart attack in prison after receiving diuretic contraindicated for heart disease.
Vince Foster
White House aide, died by gunshot; ruled suicide. Forensic and witness contradictions, “suicide note” a forgery.
Jon Walker
RTC investigator; fell to death while investigating Whitewater ties.
Johnny Lawhorn Jr.
Car crash after finding Whitewater records. Circumstances odd.
Betty Currie’s sister
Killed in car accident within a month of Currie testifying before grand jury.
Ronald Miller

Re the U.S. debt downgrade, you should know that credit ratings understate credit risks because they only rate the risk of the government not paying its debt. They don't include the greater risk that the countries in debt will print money to pay their debts thus causing holders of the bonds to suffer losses from the decreased value of the money they're getting (rather than from the decreased quantity of money they're getting). Said differently, for those who care about the value of their money, the risks for U.S. government debt are greater than the rating agencies are conveying.

Very interesting study: mice exposed to common blue light wavelengths (420–450 nm, found in most LEDs and screens) gained weight rapidly and showed anxiety-like behaviors—without changes in activity or diet. This suggests that lighting spectrum alone may impact metabolism, mood, and immune balance.
Mechanistically, this is likely driven by mitochondrial stress. These wavelengths overlap with peak mitochondrial absorbance (~420 nm), suppressing ATP production and reducing demand for circulating glucose. Over time, this may shift systemic energy balance toward fat storage.
The mice also showed significant changes in serum cytokines, indicating an immune response to light exposure. Behavioral testing revealed a tendency to avoid center zones in open areas—typical for anxiety-like behavior in rodents.
Unlike natural sunlight, which includes longer therapeutic wavelengths (e.g. 670 nm), modern indoor lighting lacks this mitochondrial support. Without red/NIR light to counterbalance blue, our environment may inadvertently disrupt hormonal, metabolic, and neural homeostasis.
A subtle yet powerful reminder: not all light is equal—and how we light our environments might matter more than we thin
Congress doesn't stop it because Congress is deeply complicit. Senators and Representatives allocate taxpayer dollars to USAID, but that's only the start. The International Republican Institute (IRI) and National Democratic Institute (NDI), both recipients of USAID funding, include actively serving members of Congress on their boards.
These same organizations also serve on ACVFA, the advisory body that workshops where USAID money flows. The Presidents of IRI, NDI, and the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) all hold seats on ACVFA. Gates Foundation and other members of USGLC also sit on ACVFA.
USGLC, meanwhile, operates as a revolving door. Former Senators and Representatives from both parties serve in its leadership, and internal emails show the group actively pursuing newly elected members of Congress to bring them into its fold. This recruitment involves regular dinners, direct outreach, and strategic lobbying.
That's why I coined it the Ouroboros of Interest. It's the infinite money hack, it's the reason why our deficit spending is out of control, and it's also the reason why Congress refuses to stop any of this spending.

In 2015, Congress repealed country of origin labeling requirements for beef & pork. I voted to keep the labels, but most of Congress voted to remove labels because of a WTO ruling in favor of Canada & Mexico. If we’re in a trade dispute now, I say put the labels back on our food.
