Doctors of Gaza…
In the heart of war, amid the echoes of bombardment and cries of pain,
they stand at hospital doors as guardians of life,
saving the wounded, easing suffering, planting hope…
Yet behind the white coats lies a silent struggle:
doctors working without salaries, without guarantees,
offering their time and their hearts,
because saving lives is worth more than any reward.
This is a message to the world:
In Gaza, medicine is not a job…
It is a human resistance,
practiced with tears and patience,
until the very last heartbeat.
Sometimes your biggest worry is securing your daily needs, paying rent for a place that protects your family, and keeping your younger brother educated.
This is our reality today 😔💔
any help, no matter how small, can alleviate a lot. 🙏🏻

One year ago today, the occupation took Mosab Ali from us. Targeted and killed him as he was sourcing aid.
It was one of the darkest days in The Sameer Project's brief history. We lost far more than a colleague. We lost a leader, a calming presence in moments of chaos, a trusted friend, a moral compass, and a beloved member of our family.
Mosab lived a life of service. He cared deeply for his people and carried himself with humility, kindness, and unwavering faith. He feared God, loved God, and dedicated himself to serving others. Even from his own salary, he would set aside money to help feed families in his neighborhood. He cared for his family with devotion and treated every resident of our camps as an extension of that family.
To know Mosab was to witness compassion, honor, respect. He listened more than he spoke. He comforted others before thinking of himself. He believed that dignity, mercy, and community were not ideals, but responsibilities.
Mosab was also a dreamer. He dreamed of a better Gaza - founding our partner organization, TechMed, out of concern for the mental health of his people going through a genocide. He was going to make a better future for children. Those dreams did not die with him.
We carry them with us every day.
We miss him beyond words. We miss his wisdom, his laughter, his patience, and his presence. But we honor him in the way he would have wanted: by continuing the work, caring for our people, and refusing to give up on the future he believed was possible.
May Allah have mercy on our beloved Mosab, accept him among the righteous, and grant him the highest levels of Jannah.
You are gone from our daily sight, but never from our hearts.
You've seen what happened when I handed the science to someone who disagreed with me. This is what that study actually found.
Vaccinated children were two and a half times more likely to have at least one chronic disease. Across every major health category in the study, the unvaccinated children were healthier. Those are his numbers from his study.
I am gladly traveling the world to talk about it and the world is now watching "An Inconvenient Study"

Everyone who speaks about Mosab does that with a smile. This lady was a case that Mosab told us about, she’s a widow and has a daughter with disabilities. He invited her to the Refaat Alareer Camp and even though she chose not to come, her appreciation for Mosab’s support was clear.
Today marks the one year anniversary of Mosab Ali’s martyrdom. Mosab was the first person in Gaza to work with the cofounders of The Sameer Project. He dedicated his life to supporting those in need, and got killed while getting flour for our camp residents during the famine.
We ask you on this day to pray for Mosab and to watch this video to see how he made people feel. Mosab got killed but his legacy is everywhere in The Sameer Project, and in everything we do …
Four-and-a-half-year-old Waseem is suffering from a serious congenital heart condition (PDA) that requires an urgent cardiac catheterization procedure. This procedure is currently unavailable in the Gaza Strip,
This week, we organized a special meal to bring the restaurant experience to kids in Gaza—here’s Chef Hamada in action! And of course, the team also fed the cats. 😸
@AllHandsHearts will do this regularly to provide some joy and dignity to children living in Gaza camps.
A Palestinian who lost family members in Israeli attacks in Gaza has a message for World Cup viewers:
"Enjoy the tournament. Celebrate the goals. Cheer for your teams.
But while the world watches football, Israel continues killing civilians in Gaza..."
