Stop prescribing antibiotics and start prescribing vaginal oestrogen. A woman today told me her GP had no idea what GSM were but happy to dole out 4th course antibiotics for UTI even though she tested neg but her vagina is very dry! GPs, please follow the GSM guidelines!
