Anyone tried the Wimhof method to help with anxiety / stress of living with adhd? Just did first breathing exercises and … wow - My body feels wild. Intrigued to see how this goes. #askadhd @AskADHD #WHM

@adultADHDindia @AskADHD Yeah, same. a colleague told me about it. It was not what I was expecting. There’s a few types. Main one starts with long period of deep breathing, and then progresses to breath holding on both the in and out breath.
It was very exhilarating(?) I saw colours and felt …things!

@devonianstone @AskADHD I think so. I’m not very good at meditation - just can’t get a routine going to do it reliably. But the breathing exercises I just did from WHM were wild. I can still feel it all the way to my finger tips and my skin feels … alive? awake? 🤯

Clearly narcissistic, lacks empathy, unresolved issues from previous life events. Guy is damaged & needs help, but no one in the group owes him sympathy and I hope the men in it told him so.
