“shrinkflatipn in action, @sainsburys reduce the size of the pizza before changing the size of the packaging. Sold as 472g and weighs measurably under!
@Se_Railway Arrived at London Bridge hoping to get a train home to Lewisham to find that there were none. And precious few staff to help and those that there were seemed uninformed and simply said go and get a bus!
@Se_Railway shockingly poor information and service at London Bridge station tonight. We knew that Waterloo East and Charing Criss Stations were closed but London Bridge station might as well have been. Then to say “see staff” who were rarer than hens teeth - the final insult.
@BBCNewsnight on the point that it’s not fair for the cost of university fees to be paid by the general taxpayer - who exactly is going to pick up the bill when the outstanding debt and accrued interest is written off in the future. The government is scamming us all. #newsnight
No signage of this is given. You’ve lost enough customer good will already with the store reorganisation and the dominance of alcohol in the store. #howtoannoycustomers
@sainsburys ridiculous situation at Sainsbury’s Lee Green. Half the ground level car park is closed for repairs so we have to go to the lower ground level which is fair enough but travelator access gets closed an hour before the store shuts and we have to take a long walk around
@nectar hi, I have had over £200 worth of points taken from me. It was for Christmas food shopping! Online help is not helping. How can I contact someone to help?
While prepping to interview Boris Johnson tomorrow, by mistake I sent our briefing notes to him in a message meant for my team. That obviously means it’s not right for the interview to go ahead. It’s very frustrating, and there’s no point pretending it’s anything other than embarrassing and disappointing, as there are plenty of important questions to be asked. But red faces aside, honesty is the best policy. See you on Sunday.
