Before 2014:
No one had to pay for incoming calls.
AFTER 2014:
If you don't recharge, you lose incoming calls and messages within a week, and if it continues for a few months, your SIM is deactivated & your mobile number is sold to someone else.
Even if someone lives in a rural area, earns very little, uses a basic feature phone, doesn’t use the internet and only needs to make a few basic calls, they are forced to spend ₹200–300 every month.
This is nothing but blackmailing and open loot from poor people of India.
@TRAI
Ever since I remembered, this is the first time a dull-looking India vs Pakistan match has happened; there are calls about players who should be boycotting it.
There is always a debate about nationalism and sports.
In my opinion, the decision to boycott should be made solely by Indians and Pakistanis, as this is a game between their two nations, especially considering their history of conflict. I understand the wounds are still fresh.
Indians and Pakistanis must decide whether to play or watch the game. Given the context of this, we actually can't judge either of them for any decision they take now or in the future.
If you enquire about my stand, if a cricket match is currently taking place and my favourite players are playing, I will certainly watch it!
Dear @Dream11
Now that you’ve shut down paid contests, let me say this clearly: no one will miss you. In fact, most families across India are relieved. You’re not leaving behind a legacy of sport.
You call this your “second innings.” But for the people who suffered because of your app, we hope this is your last.
Good riddance.
Has anyone ever demanded money from you or anyone you know for construction of temple/church/mosque or any other religious place?
And threatened you for not giving them the money they demand?

Repeat after me
People of pakistan are not terrorists
People of any nation aren't terrorists
People everywhere are like you and me
We have more similarities with common people of Pakistan than our own politicians and billionaires
And no this is not a radical idea!!

Media often portrays negative news more prominently for several reasons:
Psychological Impact: Negative events tend to grab attention more effectively than positive ones. This is due to a concept called "negativity bias," where humans are naturally more attuned to threats and adverse situations. Media outlets exploit this bias to capture the audience's interest.
Higher Engagement: Negative news stories generally generate more emotional reactions, such as anger, fear, or outrage. These emotions drive higher engagement, leading to more shares, comments, and discussions, which can translate into better ratings, clicks, and ad revenue.
Profit Motive: Many media companies are profit-driven and rely on viewership or readership for revenue. Since negative news often attracts more attention, it is prioritized to maximize profits.
