The purpose of the special mt’g on Mon. was to ensure that this issue was on the agenda at the Facilities mt’g this Wed., where all stakeholders can have fruitful discussion. Stakeholders to not engage with trustees at special meetings.

It’s always difficult for communities to receive this type of notice regardless of timing, but in this case, I think @VanDPAC and QEA PAC were expecting this issue to come forward given the current circumstances with CSF and Olympic Village.
