Yesterday, I received this message, and it took about 5 minutes until my account was locked again. I had to delete #VatnikSoup posts that, according to X, violated the platform's ToS.

So far, no one from @X or @Safety have told me what was my violation and I couldn't figure it out myself, either. The platform just asked me to delete my posts to unlock my account. Is that free speech?

@elonmusk himself has said many times that he wants to make the platform as "open as possible", but that doesn't by only making the algorithm and other features open-source - you also have to be transparent about its rules.

So, again: @Safety, I'm ready to have that conversation over how I broke the rather arbitrary rules. We can do it publicly, or you can contact me privately.

Here are my questions: why did you reject my appeal over the #vatniksoup on @The_Real_Fly, but accepted almost identical appeal from another account? And why was my account locked again for the exact same violation?

This is the BEST way to describe what we are seeing. This generation has the talent and the athletes but it doesn’t mean they are the best basketball players. AAU is a reflection of the pros, American NBA players are less fundamentally sound than the European guys. That is why Euro guys are taking over the league. Jokic, Luka, Giannis, Wemby, and now the ESPN projected 1st pick of the next draft is another French player- Zaccharie Risacher.

The site's owner has also stated that this platform should as open as possible (which it actually when it comes to algorithms), but your lack of communication on the matter is the opposite.
