Ordered £56 worth of @waitrose food via @Deliveroo - 24 items - they managed to deliver 5 of them. Refused to re-deliver the rest, 'unable' to contact driver to see if he had another bag he forgot to drop off, so all we get is a refund and none of the stuff we needed. Useless.
