Dear OPay @OPay_NG, as your loyal customer, how do I go about placing a "Do not issue loan/ Freeze my credit profile" request on my account which can only be lifted by some sort of physical verification? I'm thinking of closing my account if this is not a possibility.

they went ahead and took out loans from her lending apps. From OPay alone, they collected ₦3 million. I've forgotten how much from Kuda Bank.
​Now, I don't know why these fintech apps issue loans without physical verification from the borrowing customer.
