Student learning profiles should encompass the holistic child not only assessment grades but the interest of the child, skills, aspirations and passion, life experiences, the preferred method of learning and struggles or potential barriers to learning.

@AndreaVeira5 No, I think that the practicum done at JBTE covers well enough the practical aspect of teaching and it is well supplemented by the B.Ed study done at the end of the sixty credit course. This, I find covers the theoretical aspect extensively.
Clinical Supervision focuses on improving classroom instructions. It also provides objective feedbacks on educators methods and strategies of lessons.#IssuesInEducation#EDTE340
I feel the same sentiments. Teachers should not stick to one style or teaching strategy. Each student have their individual need and it is important that no one get left behind. #EDTE3403
Teaching is dynamic. Therefore no teacher is limited to one style. I currently use the delegator and hybrid style because it gives me the opportunity to observe my students learning from each other and give them feedback where necessary.
