Roy you did it right. Next time I see you... the usual, you will have the Diet Coke and I’ll have the beer...see you on the course and enjoy the retirement @UNC_Basketball#RoyWilliams
@weekley From somebody inside the coaching search biz. Never say never in football but I highly doubt he will ever step foot on a P5 program again. Kansas has to make not just a monetary investment in facilities but they also have to make a cultural investment as a fan base.
@SXMCollege From a former advertiser on your station. It’s March madness. I have a crazy suggestion. Why don’t your announcers talk about it? Yes we all love football but this is March madness. Nobody cares about individual college football games this season yet. #MarchMadness
@TUMBBHoops Rest in peace to an absolute legend. I remember my John Chaney mask from my days when they played WVU. Coach Chaney, you will always be one of my all-time favorites opponents. #johnchaney
61 years ago today up here in the hills and hollers of #WestVirginia the greatest basketball performance of all time https://t.co/IxKZoPkp8P Danny Heater...absolutely a #Legend and great West Virginian
This is the letter from @OCHS_Football head coach Kevin Smith I referenced on #MartyandMcGee this morning.
It beautifully describes the impact of high school football in this country -- and the countless obstacles teams faced at every level during in 2020.

With a lot of the #coachingchanges in the @NCAA . With a lot of programs, too many people are driving the bus, ie #donors , hangers on etc. A valuable lesson, I learned, growing up on a farm in #WestVirginia...Never have more than one rooster in the hen house.
Remember as coaching shake-ups take place, hundreds of folks are impacted with each one and most aren't millionaires. They're just families left looking for a job during a pandemic. Best of luck to all in 2021.
