For multiple years. Our high ceiling recruits need playing time and first team reps to develop in this offense and it is hampered by low ceiling transfer players who are frankly development stoppers.

The “pro style” offense is nice for PROFESSIONALS whose JOB is to learn and play football. These are college students with SIGNIFICANTLY less practice time to learn and practice the offense. The only way to make it work is to recruit and develop players in that system…

@dbleitzsey Every OC in the nation has drives/series like that. As a side note please don’t interpret me saying Shula is calling a decent game as defending him, I think play calling is overall fine but I dislike every other thing he does.
