In Masinga–Matuu area, let me introduce to you the hospital that received the highest SHA payment in August, and even back in June.

This is Ekalakala Hospital, which was paid around KSh 3.4 million.

Meanwhile, the same SHA has been paying the much larger Masinga Sub-County Hospital only about KSh 360,000 despite the fact that Masinga Sub-County is nearly four times bigger and serves far more Kenyans.

Similar hospitals in the same area, of the same size, are receiving less than KSh 100,000.

Yet William Ruto keeps telling us that SHA systems are working.

As well, Aden Duale, if you are still awake, explain to Kenyans how Al-Basrah Hospital Ltd in Kiamaiko, Nairobi, which only occupies a few rooms in a flat, received 10.9 million KSh from SHA in August.

Yet Mbagathi County Referral Hospital got only 5 million KSh, and Mbagathi is a big hospital serving thousands of Nairobians.

How did Al-Basrah get more money than Aga Khan Nairobi, which received 6 million KSh?
How did they get more than Mama Lucy, who got only 20,000 KSh?

Can you give us their secrets?

Let me bring your attention to this hospital called Afya Bora Medical Clinic Mutomo.

A single-room hospital, defying all odds.

This hospital is in Mutomo, Kitui.

In April, it received 3 payments from SHA totaling 32,000 KSh.
In May, it received around 30,000 KSh.
In June, it received 31,600 KSh.
In July, it received 10,000 KSh.

But in August, it suddenly received 936,000 KSh!

Honestly, how did that happen? From 30K to 900K?

We tracked down the hospital, and they haven’t even removed the old NHIF sticker. I sent someone there today and confirmed it’s the same place. It’s just a single room split in half with cardboard.

And SHA hasn’t seen this as a red flag?
We are being robbed. Dr. Abdi Mohamed must be arrested. Aden Duale must go. KMPDC must be disbanded.

Duale, help us understand how this hospital, Al Mannah in Wajir, received 7.957 million KSh from SHA in August.

Yet Wajir County Referral Hospital only got 97,500 KSh.

Even Ladnan Wajir got just 200,000 KSh.

How did Al Mannah get more money than Aga Khan Nairobi, which only received a little over 1 million KSh?

If this isn't theft, they got more than even the hospital they usually refer their patients to?

After 93 years of providing medical care, St. Mary's Hospital Mumias finally closed its doors after govt failed to pay Ksh. 180 million strangling the hospital to death. This affects patients from Mumias, Butere, Busia & Parts of Bungoma.
200 staff are also now jobless.

Based on the many tips that have come in, I’m informed there’s a man named Mohamed Qadar.

He’s allegedly the one registering fake hospitals, especially in North Eastern.
With a 200K bribe, you can get it approved the same day.

And indeed, in our digging, we found multiple hospitals in Mandera that were all registered on the very same day.

To put it in perspective:

In some parts of Nairobi, an MoH application takes more than a day for approval.

In Mandera, it takes just a few hours.

Let me bring your attention to Salama Yard Medical Centre, one of the hospitals that Duale suspended from sha

My contacts have already found it, and guess what? It’s still open, and no one has been arrested.

According to SHA records (attached below), this hospital received:

KSh 2.8 million in April

KSh 600,000 in May

Yet in reality, it’s just a tiny two-room hospital inside a building.

The top section of the building is a movie shop.

The “hospital” itself occupies only two rooms, one of which is a small lab.

Can Duale now explain how this facility was paid over KSh 3 million, despite the government claiming to have bought a KSh 104 billion system that was supposed to prevent this?

Can he also explain why, to this day, everything at the hospital is running as usual with no arrests made?

Should hospitals that defraud the SHA be allowed to continue operating?

This was planned theft.

After we exposed Ayale Nursing Home, which received over 8 million Ksh from ShA yet doesn’t even exist, the Ministry of Health rushed to release a statement claiming they had “suspended” it.

But here’s the fraud:

The real Ayale Nursing Home (ghost one) had registration number KECHN(25473) I pulled this directly from the MoH database before they disabled it.

The “suspended” one in their statement carried registration number 019064.

Completely different numbers, yet same name and purported location.

This means the original ghost Ayale Nursing Home will continue getting ShA money.

Duale thinks Kenyans are fools.

This is exactly why Aden Duale must go and why the Ministry of Health must be disbanded.

They’re pretending to act, but in reality, they’re protecting the theft.

This confirms the statement we made during the press conference about stealing of public funds through ghost medical facilities:

The next steps must be:

- To conduct an independent forensic audit of SHA as well as the actions of the Medical Council.

- Those who have colluded to defraud Kenyans must face the full force of the law. Culpability should no longer hide behind titles or offices.

- Monies lost MUST be recovered, and those responsible MUST be prosecuted and not protected.

- SHA, with its digitised systems, must expose the fraudsters, and its Board and Management must themselves be held liable.

This is not negotiable.
