@Ronniedhs @ATT Nailed it. They had me log in then said someone would be with me. Waited over an hour. Nothing. This morning I got another message. Looked up the account again, said "here's two phone numbers to try". Considering the mess yesterday, 4 hours only to be hung up on, I'm not hopeful.

Do not ever choose @ATT for any kind of service. On hold for 3:55 hours, they disconnected me without ever talking to anyone. Just transferred to different departments and hung up on. 4 hours still no resolution
