@tiborn2hodl@CardPurchaser You aren’t understanding though. The dude didn’t ask to trade YOU DID. Lateral moves on cards you already have an offer on at almost full, why tf would he trade. Just to have to restart the whole process again, to get the same $475 offer… again, why would he do that?
@BigBobsCards Sale and it isn’t particularly close. Sale when on is a top 5 pitcher in baseball in any era… the other choice is David mfing cone like what are we doing here. 100 extra starts and is decimated statwise, AND Chris sale is still going.
@MattyWheel21@CardsMax Max’s point is you can be fair in the trade to the kid monetarily AND the kid can have a moment. Not too hard of a concept to grasp.
@darrenrovell It all makes sense. Here comes Darren’s announcement on his own card brand, how he’s gonna change the hobby for the good (which he’s never been apart of), and is gonna do right by all of us in it! What a legendary grifter. Quite impressive actually.
@Nesterp99 In fairness, this is a reiteration of a product we already all wanted dead. Worst product of the year BY FAR. That’s the wonderful thing about this hobby. No one forces you to buy a shit product. You are in fact allowed to skip a release and sit out a product as bad as this was.
@MondayHeinz@aceofcards89 Look at the comp dates sir. Yes. We all in fact would love to go back to 2025 and buy ohtani to sell in 2026. I think ohtanis market has moved just a few % points in that time frame…. Notice how you don’t show CL value or a more recent comp on the gold?
@JayBobSons@CardsMax A lot of us have started prior to this past year too and have kinda accomplished everything we really need to in what we want to collect. Is that allowed…? Am I supposed to exit the hobby now, or am I allowed to buy and sell cards that I think are cool?
@notgaetti Griffey was never the best player of a generation… trout was. Yall just want to glorify and hype the 90’s for everything. From 2010-2020 Mike trout is the best player in baseball. In Griffey’s prime, 1990-2000, the best player was bonds…
@680TheFan@chrisdimino “We here at the Braves see the game of baseball evolving, but we don’t believe in analytics.” The O’s were saved from him, not the other way around. Mansolino would go to war with a musket bc it was good enough to win the revolutionary war🤦🏼♂️
@Redbird_Winner@notgaetti https://t.co/6TNHKgdNdi responded to this one first, then saw the comparison to Gwynn in this, that’s how I got to the point.
@notgaetti We don’t have a problem with an AVG guy. It’s the way Arraez does it specifically. It’s the 3-2 counts swinging at obvious balls, providing no value anywhere else, grounding into double plays on bad pitches. Tony Gwynn should role over in his grave when people compare them.

@JohnErickson107 It makes a card more liquid at full comp rather than 90% I’d say is the argument. If we’re talking goats and older stuff? Much different comparison. LeBron 03’ exquisite 23/99 is fetching A LOT more than any other version.
