Disappointed @Airpaz in the ill communication resulting in my family missing their flight by 5 hours and by the even worse customer service (or lack of) following the incident. I was notified of my flight departing Bali at 18:20 and it actually took off at 13:31. No help/support

@Airpaz Your team is not helpful. I was emailed 4/10 that my flight was to depart at 16:20 but it left 1t 13:31. This resulted in a massive issue. I hope AiRPAZ will resolve this issue, through reimbursement for my April 17th flight, accordingly.

@Uber I seem to have been charged $100+ CAD for something called UberOne. I did not sign up for this and I am not even living in Canada. Your website is not user friendly to say the least and I need to have this charge reversed. With sincere thanks.
