@RandalfTheGreat The biggest problem was that COM and other games were released on handhelds instead of consoles.

Yes, COM did come out for the PS2...in 2007. Everyone had moved on to the 360 and PS3 by that point.

Handhelds, especially in the US, were all but dead in the late 00s and early 10s
