A Russian hacker took over my personal TikTok account the other week despite it having multiple forms of 2FA on, they still managed to bypass it (as they didn’t have access to my emails) and lock me out of my own account to the point I couldn’t even reset my password. It happened in the space of 10 seconds.

I have contacted TikTok regularly via a support ticket thread for the last 2 weeks straight in a panic because my account obviously holds sensitive data and I’m now not able to protect myself against this person/people using my account to access personal information like my banking and address.

I have explained this to @TikTokSupport multiple times in the thread on my back up account - but have been ignored. I’m losing money being spent by these people and I can’t even stop it unless I shut down all of my bank accounts. Which potentially I’m going to have to do which will cause so many issues for my finances and accounting and make an already stressful time even more difficult right now.

The fact I’m not even able to get a single reply when THEIR systems have allowed this to happen considering I put in multiple measures to protect that account, I now know they’re sending and contacting my personal contacts via that account as well and I’m worried for my loved ones being targeted too and not realising it’s not me.

@TikTokSupport I’m literally begging you to do something about this. I have contacted via a support ticket from my work/public account @ itsbellajynx . Thank you in advance.
