@lindseygaetani@DoctorTurtleboy There isn’t anything illegal about submitting tips and evidence of crimes to PDs anonymously. Many have portals and hotlines to do so that protect the identity of the sender. Doing so does not necessarily make you a government agent. Take that for what you will.
@MWatsonFSU@yourgolftravel Don’t we all. I recently found out my one buddy doesn’t take penalties on lost balls and out of bounds. But now the games are never as close and I wonder if it was worthwhile pointing out. Haha.
@MWatsonFSU@yourgolftravel lol. Shit. Good point. Point out their error and request you can improve a lie elsewhere should you need to remain competitive.
@CaptainCons Nothing wrong with bringing your kids to a concert if they can act appropriately. But policing others’ actions cuz you brought your children is.
@nickysmokess If you’re the only one smoking in the area, and especially if you have a seat, clip it and do it somewhere else when you can. Not worth the argument.
@EricMulhollan12 I think we generally agree but remember they are protesting what would be a pay cut in their next contract and have been working without a contract since the end of March.
@EricMulhollan12@bostonradio lol. People are forced to go into the union? That isn’t a personal choice? Maybe if you would like to see nurses paid less than perhaps that training and education should be paid for like union tradesmen.
@EricMulhollan12@SouthieSlice617@bostonradio Do you feel this way when union tradesmen strike?
I have no problem clowning them about grandstanding over a one day strike when they knew they would be locked out for 5 but if the people who are in charge of your health arent worth this much, why not and who is?
@EricMulhollan12@bostonradio First day out of school isn’t first day on the job for nurses. Hospitals are open 24/7, 365 days ans can be seriously gnarly work that also puts your own health at risk.
Tradesmen in and around Boston make similar wages without any of the investment and time in their education.
@EricMulhollan12@bostonradio I think working in a high stress environment, like a hospital, should be rewarded with a good salary like that after 10 years of service. It’s not like they are sending emails and joining zoom calls from their house.
@OutandAboutpod@rone@BarstoolPAT@kellykeegs@VivaLaStool Rone is right. Barstool is a dream job for most and many seem to treat it like a regular office job. People should prob be in the office 5 days a week almost all year long.
