"The mechanism for progress lay in human networks. The diversity of our group, and what we had been able to achieve, was a positive example. As amply evidenced from some recent funding decisions, what was missing from current cultural practice was a sense of being In It Together"

Small Businesses Need a Voice
"These businesses often see a boost from car reduction in the city, but this is not widely reported. They need to be given a platform for supporting car-reduction. We need to make a quiet consensus a bit louder!"

"The focus was to co-create public space that enabled all age groups to participate. That βpublic realmβ or the places between A & B are opened up and activated so that every pavement, park, alleyway is a place for people to connect with each other & with the culture of the city"
Co-exist & co-create, could this be a solution?

"We considered that by making it harder to drive certain routes could become a reason for people to leave the car at home and switch modes of travel, reducing traffic levels."
