We are excited to announce our endorsements for the 2025 municipal races!
These results-driven leaders will focus on affordability, jobs, and infrastructure rather than political division. We are proud to support their vision to move Colorado’s cities forward!

We will be joined by local leaders with first-hand experience who can answer questions and give context to campaign movements at the local level. See you there!
Join your neighbors for a free training workshop on how to advocate for your community, while becoming a future leader.

One Main Street Colorado is focused on expanding our middle class and building avenues to generational wealth. When roadblocks appear, we stand with organizations that work to remove these obstacles. One such organization is The Alexander Foundation:
We were proud to stand alongside and sponsor our local 858 firefighters’ booth and festivities at Denver's Juneteenth celebration this past weekend.
As we honor this day of freedom and resilience, we remain committed to fighting for economic opportunity for all.

To all the fathers out there showing up with care – whether you’re raising the next generation, working hard in the trades, or leading in our local unions, thank you for helping keep Colorado’s families and economy moving forward, and for creating a positive impact!
Our Executive Director Andrew Short loved talking with @DenverChannel yesterday on what Coloradans are saying about our immediate priorities:
"Overall, 68% of voters want lawmakers to prioritize reducing financial burdens on families and small businesses with good-paying jobs..."

We caught up with Colorado Senate President James Coleman (@ColemanforCO ) on the legacy of Dr. King on this #MLKDay and how that legacy inspires his own work:
"Dr. King was a man driven by many things–chief among them was his faith. He was a reverend and he recognized that ministering to his flock and championing civil rights went hand-in-hand. When I consider how Black leaders in Colorado carry on Dr. King's legacy in our own hearts, it's how we use our positions in leadership to serve others, raise up our neighbors, and build resilience where we see weakness.
"When we connect with others through our own faith, we can open doors and soften hearts and together we can find a way to make an impact.
"As Dr. King said, 'The arc of the moral universe is long–but it bends toward justice.' It is so important right now to remind ourselves that together with our neighbors, our loved ones, and our faith that we shall overcome, we'll get through this darkness, and we can–we must–do it with kindness in our hearts." #copolitics #coleg #cogov
Colorado families deserve real solutions, not partisan bickering. The Colorado Opportunity Caucus is a group of Dems focused on tackling housing, jobs, and more for a stronger future. #COLeg#COpolitics#ColoradoOpportunityCaucus

Our endorsed candidates won 10/11 races by double digits. Why? We embrace those who share our vision of expanding the middle class & making CO the small biz hub of the U.S. Extremists' purity tests isolate Dem voters and alienate middle-class families. #ColoradoPolitics#COPols
Denver is the most progressive city in Colorado. This election was a referendum on what it means to be progressive. It means leaders who will unify us, collaborate, and get things done.
By choosing collaborative & problem solving candidates, Den sent a message they value leaders willing to work together to move the needle on the issues that matter. They rejected the politics of division and gridlock in our city. #copolitics@denverpost#denver@DenverGazette

Thank you to all community partners working to build us back towards a stronger middle class, grow our local economy, & create upward mobility and generational wealth through homeownership for people across DEN and CO. #DenverMayor#copolitics#coleg https://t.co/nr7Mkh4KkK
Said Brough: "These goals are ambitious, and we can only achieve it by working together. At the Chamber, I worked to expand small business opportunities and I will bring that experience to the table as mayor."
In contrast to the often-employed 'lowest responsible bidder' method, best value contracting allows the government to look at factors beyond price in selection of contractors, including staffing, training, safety history, apprenticeship opportunities, and benefits Johnston said
