Lay on your couch one night and turn off the lights. Now go into your dark feelings.

The thing is, you should control when to let your emotions out.
You must not crop op emotions. You should allow for times to let out emotions. Vent & cleanse.

- establish the points you have to work on
- to increase confidence by establishing accomplishments
- to bring more structure in your life
Meditation and rest is powerful.
Sit down and do nothing. Think of nothing. Completely relax the body without going to sleep.

Allow your primal urges to come out once in a while;
Walk barefoot, scream from the lowest part of your body, only eat meat for dinner, go into nature and climb trees, swim in a cold stream.
These are mere examples of letting yourself truly go.
