Today’s false “suicide rise” tweet is still circulating. So a few social media rules on suicide:
•check source before RT’ing, even in a good cause
•doubt any conveniently rounded statistic, like “200% rise”
•be aware alarming stories can cause distress to people at risk

@KeithWinestein @JaneElenMackay @matthaig1 This is the first book I read during a relapse... I’d never took to reading much, but it gave me strength at a time I was at my lowest. Great author. Now I must finish Matt’s dead fathers club which is written outstandingly so far!
