Balance is not an easy thing when you have a spinal cord injury as your inner core is generally affected. Doing arm curls today in the gym having to concentrate on balance as well as the exercise. Nothing impressive just 12.5 kg weights a long way to go but stronger every day π

16 years ago today I broke my neck in 3 places, classified a quadriplegic and told by doctors I would never move from the neck down. Bet they never saw this coming, celebrated today with a 1.45 min gym session including 50kg lat pulldown even with no hand grip #NeverGiveUp
