You ever been on your knees at night with nothing left to offer God. No words. No strength. No faith left. Just tears.
And He still showed up? 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Part of growing up is realizing you’re not above anything. Homelessness, job loss, heartbreak, illness, failure, even death can happen to anyone. Life can humble you overnight. Stay grateful, stay grounded, and never look down on someone struggling.
Depression is the only illness where people expect you to keep performing while you die inside. if it bled, they’d care. if it screamed, they’d listen. But because it’s quiet, they call you lazy, dramatic, or ungrateful. That’s not just cruel it’s societal gaslighting.

His father was a young immigrant from Morocco chasing a better life in Spain. Before Lamine was born, they had almost nothing. Two neighbors stepped in to help them survive, and they named him after them: Lamine and Yamal.
His father took whatever jobs he could find. They lived in Rocafonda, one of the poorest neighborhoods in Catalonia.
At just six years old, Barcelona scouts spotted him playing and took him to La Masia—the same academy that produced Messi, Xavi, and Iniesta.
At 15, he became Barcelona’s youngest debutant in more than 100 years.
And now at 19, he’s a World Cup champion. What a story. 🥹🏆
