Hi, my name is Darla and I’m the founder( to-be) of Mise.

If you gave me $10k right now, it’d go into two things I’m building at the same time: Mise, and my content creation.

Mise is an onchain costing app for food vendors. Costing is a real problem in the food industry, many people end up running them in loss. We’re here to solve that problem.

Mise fixes that: you snap your prep bench, it reads your ingredients, prices them in the units we really buy in either bags, big bowls, dericas and tells you your true cost per portion and what to charge to actually make money.

It’s already live and I’m still working on it, but the idea stands.

The other half goes into my content.

I’ve built 17k followers on TikTok as a food creator, but I’m restricted rn as a result of funding so I’ve been building instead of waiting.

I want to grow my presence properly across platforms, and that takes real investment: gear, consistency, the works.

For background : I’m in culinary school at Red Dish Chronicles at the moment,studying Professional Diploma in Cuisine and Patisserie and I was part of the winners in Chef Hilda Baci’s class last year.

So this is home for me: Food, Content and Building.

The vision is there, but it needs funding.

I genuinely need this.

It’d go a long way for where I’m trying to take my career right now.

As a cook, a builder, and a creator.
