DOS alters website after she filed to state that Stable Union ≠ marriage for immigration purposes. We argued in a 20 page brief. DOS changes their website again 2 months after filing the brief to include Stable Union, allowing others to pursue residency based on this. I-130 ✅

Two victories on Monday. Client 1 faced discriminating comments made by USCIS during her Naturalization interview about "Afghans" and wrongful denials of her disability waiver led us to vigorously argue for reversal. Reversed & Approved ✅

@USCIS processing times have far exceeded what can be considered "reasonable." They are quick to cash all filing fee checks upon receipt. 97.3% of their 2020 $4.85 billion dollar budget is funded through filing fees. Immigrants are not commodities. Stop profiting off of people.
