After serving time in prison, Dani Alves has been found not guilty of rape.

Life moves on like nothing happened—especially for the woman who destroyed his life. She walks free.

Dani lost everything—absolutely everything, including his family. As a man, the game was rigged against him from the start.

Once worth $60 million, his empire collapsed after being accused of rape in a Barcelona nightclub bathroom. At 39, Dani spent 14 months in Brians 2 prison.

Sponsors like Puma cut ties, costing him millions. Lawsuits piled up, including a $2.2 million claim from Pumas UNAM. His marriage to Joana Sanz also crumbled, ending in a 2024 divorce filing.

Convicted in February 2024 under Spain’s strict consent laws—based largely on the accuser’s testimony—he was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison and ordered to pay €150,000 in damages (covered in part by allies, including Neymar’s family). Despite proclaiming his innocence, Alves appealed.

On March 28, 2025, Catalonia’s High Court unanimously acquitted him, citing “flaws and inaccuracies” in the evidence, inconsistencies in the woman’s story, and a lack of corroborating proof. He walked free after 839 days behind bars.

Meanwhile, the accuser remains anonymous—and uncharged for an unproven claim.

And this is Tumticha Medical Centre, registered this year.

According to SHA records, in April, it received a total of KSh 1.5 million, much more than even the sub-county hospital in the area.

But remember, this is just a single-room facility that doesn’t handle any complex procedures, not even basic lab tests.

What’s shocking is that MoH still gave it a license and considered it worthy of being called a hospital.

How corrupt hospitals have been siphoning your money:

First, it was the Widal test. It was a useless test that turned positive for anyone sleepy, tired, dehydrated or just stressed.

Once it turns positive, the patient is put on baskets of antibiotics for weeks.

Then, there is the H. pylori test. It is another useless test that says little about stomach inflammation.

Once it turns positive, the patient is recruited on endless yet useless kits.

Then, there is the "blood infection" scam, which is another useless test result that ignores the fact that white blood cells will always be elevated if you are:

- Tired

- Hungry

- Sleepy

- Just stressed after a hard day

Once the white blood cells are elevated, the doctor will mark a red pen on the elevation and say,

"You have a serious blood infection."

Then go ahead to prescribe you baskets of 3rd generation Cephalosporins and an injection, followed by a steroid, a painkiller, a multivitamin and a muscle relaxant.

Finally, we currently have tonsillitis and adenoiditis.

Once a baby presents to the clinic with an upper respiratory tract infection, scare-mongering starts.

The parents are horrified at how the tonsils are swollen and dangerous, and therefore, the solution given is tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy.

They sell you this fear, yet tonsillitis is the easiest childhood problem solved by:

- A good diet

- Exposure to the sun

- Mutton fat

- Gargling saline water

If you observe keenly, you will realize that these unnecessary surgical procedures are on the rise, and possibly, for every 4 babies you meet, 1 has undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy.

This is why I encourage you and your family to take charge of your health because modern hospitals are after sales and profits.

Don't eat poison, EAT FOOD.
