This concept is crazy, and it actually works!
Basically, you treat skill files like the unfrozen parameter layer of the model and optimize them.
I've had a skill go from 59% to 75% accuracy so far, and the optimizer is still running.
I'll share more details later and open source the optimizer I built. It's based on @MSFTResearch's SkillOpt paper, but generalized to work with any harness/model.
