1/ J’ai réservé mon voyage de noces avec mon mari via Opodo Prime. Mêmes vols, aux mêmes horaires, sur la même compagnie. Tout était carré. Tout était prêt.

2/ Trois mois plus tard, on nous annonce que l’un des vols partira avec 1 heure d’avance. Résultat : notre correspondance est annulée.

3/ Opodo nous propose un nouveau plan de vol. On l’accepte tous les deux,par un seul et même appel . 48 heures plus tard, mon mari reçoit la validation officielle de la compagnie. Moi ? Rien.

4/ Une semaine passe. Toujours rien. Puis Opodo m’annonce que la compagnie a refusé ma modification, alors qu’elle a accepté celle de mon mari… Pour le même vol. La même réservation.

5/ On me propose alors un autre plan de vol, différent du sien. Quand j’ai le malheur de demander à ce que nous rentrions ensemble, Opodo m’explique que :
➡️ la modification de mon mari étant validée,
➡️ il faut l’annuler,
➡️ et repayer un nouveau vol complet pour qu’on soit réunis.

6/ Je tente un compromis : « On rentre plus tôt, mais ensemble. » Aucun agent ne semble comprendre. Chaque appel repart de zéro. Des heures au téléphone. Aucune solution. Aucune cohérence.

7/ Résultat : Pour un voyage de noces, Opodo Prime nous propose de rentrer séparément, sur des vols différents, à des horaires différents. Comme si c’était normal. Comme si c’était acceptable.

8/ Ce thread n’est pas une attaque. C’est un témoignage. Parce qu’un service “Prime” ne devrait jamais laisser un couple rentrer séparément d’un voyage de noces.

9/ Mon voyage de noces tombe à l'eau, pouvez-vous m'aider?

Terrible experience with @opodo and @Ryanair. Raised complaints but they keep blaming each other. Neither is helping. They just take your money. On top of that, @Ryanair staff at @STN_Airport treated me and my elderly parents like rubbish. Yelling. Never again. Watch out everyone

Third parties booking travel agencies are useless and have poor services. @opodo + @eDreams are the worst one.
Prime membership + extra additional fees to make sure that you get your refund for them to tell you after booking that it is now conditional to the airlines company.🤮
