Good day! I hope all is well. I would like to bring this to your attention. I decided to renew my Visa Ruby card back in early April 2025.

Chat ID: bff35605-cbcf-4318-b7f6-8e3701a14b6d - You asked me for my utility bills to verify and confirm my new address. The card never arrived. I asked your customer service for help and they confirm they can't even track my card.

2nd and 3rd Chat ID: e7ecadd8-2ac6-485d-8276-8c80ed3b4987 / 782ad4aa-cce2-4316-aad2-2073f10d7dd6 - I learned that it was not processed in the first place. You asked again for my utility Bills. April 7th was advised to have been the correct shipping date.

4th and 5th Chat ID: 6ba0c007-fe74-438b-ac3e-f371923219c5/ 0eab9b4b-096a-4cc1-9d0e-b53a841cc8a7 - You reprocessed again the physical card on June 2025. You again asked for my utility bills to confirm and verify my address. Yet, you sent it to a wrong country.

6th Chat ID: f776f1c3-ca84-4477-b93e-82ed7ffaa4fb - It appears you want to reprocess again the card and You want me to pay for the mistake you made. This is not about the fee of 50 SGD but the lack of proper transparency from your customer support. Don't even get me started with the 30 minutes response time per message to your support team.

It appears that since I'm not on the higher tier card, I was just an afterthought for the support.

Be better people. I was happy to locked my cro again because I like how they do things, I guess 5 years has changed things in this company.
