I recently had the pleasure of working with @Iammartinyau - a young, ambitious content creator.
Martin was having some issues with regular energy drops and a worse than ideal ability to sustain focus.
It was having a negative effect on the growth of his new project that he recently went full time on - helping other content creators grow and monetize on social media.
We assessed his current routines and lifestyle and were able to immediately improve his productivity and focus.
Here is what he said:
"As a content creator, I was dealing with a messed-up sleep routine and crashing hard every afternoon after lunch.
I filled out a quick form before the call, and during the 30 minutes we dug into my routine - he came back with practical stuff like NSDR and some eating tweaks that actually made sense.
Honestly, the NSDR caught me off guard the most - it's been a real game changer for getting my energy back when I'm running on empty."
@ylolyfe Yeah, what I really love about the sauce is also that it's one of the best detox methods out there.
We are exposed to so much toxins that its crazy - detox is a real need
As an entrepreneur or business leader, training for endurance event, what’s your most important recovery-routine?
Sauna?
Cold plunge?
Midday nap?
Compression Boots?
@MyBiasMod True Chris! And this is why people need a coach. often not for the sake of the knowledge, but for the practical health turning that knowledge into action
This is why i love my work:
”I’m pretty aware of most things when it comes to recovery, nutrition, exercise etc.
So I wasn’t expecting much when I had a session with Nicolas.
But straight away I was pulling out the pen and paper to take notes, and feeling more motivated than ever to improve my processes and ACTUALLY hit my goals.
He was super friendly and clearly knows his stuff.
If you’re anything like me, juggling a 9-5, starting a business, and managing a heavy exercise load his advice is gold dust.
Highly recommend.”
Absolutely my pleasure @AlexRyanReality
@INFLUENCESUBCON Nice, will training for an event or not, our modern life puts great demands on our brains either way, so a small metal recharge is beneficial for most people
@HenriBranding It sure is great!
Helps with recovery, and is one of the best ways to detox. And detox is extremely important in our modern world were we are surrounded by toxins
Is Vercel winning the AI-coding race?
If so, it’s because they’re built to enhance coders’ skills - not replace them.
That’s exactly how I think about physical recovery.
Your body already has the most beautiful, intelligent systems in place for healing.
The goal of any recovery protocol should be to manipulate and thereby strengthen those natural processes - not override them.
@JBrooks844 Those are definitely the top 3 sources of mental energy drain in ur modern world.
Problem is that they are so addictive, so it can be extremely hard for people to replace those habits with better ones
