They couldn't deliver my parcel for the last 5 days. Customer care executive just giving time for the delivery but they are unable to deliver. @EcomExpress_Ofc is the courier partner of them they didn't respond when I contacted them.

2)according to central bill #optometrist রা আর medical technologist নয়। তারা selected as an independent practitioner.
3)ophthalmic assistant r optometrist এক নয় দুটোকে আলাদা করেছে কেন্দ্র সরকার।
