Typically there is some bargain between Insurers and Hospitals in addition to time in clearing payments.

Just 2 days back, Paid almost 25% of the bill as insurance rejected even for "agreed package"

Subsidies, Corporate Support measures during pandemic and stimulating growth in absence of global support.

She has probably been the best performing one. Look around the challenges to global economy. She handled most of the toughest - COVID, Russ-Ukraine, US-Iran, Tarrifs.

Some credit is due. Govt has spent ALOT while keeping Fiscal Discipline in check

That is ~INR 240 per ltre.

While some were fortunate to close the loan with severance.
